Our Promise
If something is not right, we will make it right. LUMORNE accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: bodysuits, thongs, and any items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Email us at returns@lumorne.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a full refund — your choice.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and prioritize your replacement or refund.
Late Returns
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
