Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
LUMORNE ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. LUMORNE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@lumorne.com and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. LUMORNE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@lumorne.com.
